What are your shipping fees and delivery times?

For orders including jewelry or customization,  please allow 3-7 business days for your product to be made and shipped. Most in-stock jewelry will be dispatched either same or next day upon order receipt.

For clothing and accessories, all in-stock orders ship same or next day upon receipt. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic orders are shipped with UPS Ground unless purchasers requests different courier service. Expected arrival time is approximately 2-5 business days from dispatch date with ground shipping. 7&Sun is not responsible for lost, stollen or damaged packages.

International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail, with expected arrival 10-22 days from the ship date. Please note that international sales are considered final sale. International orders may be subject to an additional custom’s duty to be paid at the customer’s expense depending on the country in which you reside. 7&Sun is not responsible for any additional charges, which will be borne by the receiver.

By law, we cannot change the value of an order on commercial invoices and must adhere to all international import and export laws.

How will I know when I’ll receive my order?

Each order comes with an individualized tracking number sent via email to the address used at checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder, but in the rare event you do not receive your order and tracking number, we will be glad to assist you in retrieving it. What does made to order mean?

In some cases, we need to create the piece since it’s being made specifically for you and thus, can take a bit more time to complete. Upon order receipt, we will either pull your finished piece from inventory or in some cases, have our craftspeople begin converting raw materials into something we hope you’ll wear forever. Each jewelry piece has an estimated time of completion detailed in the product’s respective description. We recommend consulting item details to ensure you receive your item when desired. Of course, we are more than happy to assist you in determining completion via email at info@sevenandsun.com

What does in-stock mean?

Clothing, bags, hair accessories, socks, and certain jewelry pieces are kept in-stock and are available for immediate shipment upon order receipt. Clothing, bags, hair accessories, and socks will ship same or next day, and for jewelry items we recommend you consult our made to order category for a more detailed explanation of our jewelry creation!

Pre-orders and backorders

Pre-orders mean we don’t have it on hand yet, backorders mean we had it but don’t right now — but it’s coming back! In both instances, you can still place your order and you’ll be entered into our order queue for fulfillment and shipping as soon as the product become available. All shipment dates are estimated in the product’s individual description. Please note, you will be charged at the time of your order, not at the item’s shipment date.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes and no. If we have received your order and not yet shipped it, please let us know as soon as possible of your cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped, please note that we cannot cancel or issue a refund until you receive it and ship it back to us. Every effort will be made to accommodate cancellations, please contact customer service by email at info@sevenandsun.com for further assistance.

Returns + Exchanges

Unworn returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us so we can assist you. Socks & hosiery are considered final sale, no exceptions.

Should you wish to exchange your order for a new item, we are more than happy to assist you in the procurement of your desired item. Please, contact us here or at info@sevenandsun.com

Jewelry returns must include original packaging and tags to be processed for a compete refund. Clothing must contain original tags and packaging and must be in unworn condition for refunds to be fully processed.

7&Sun is not be responsible for increased fees due to repackaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, 7&Sun has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

International and custom orders are final sale. Returned items damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds and will be returned to the sender. 7&Sun is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Insurance is recommended.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

All 7&Sun jewelry comes in our iconic all-over logo printed boxes made from recycled brown Kraft paper.  A soft cotton dust pouch, care instructions, and polishing cloth is included with ever jewelry order.

We’s love to wrap your 7&Sun order, even if it’s just a gift for yourself! At no additional charge to you, simply select gift wrapping at checkout for an extra special touch delivered right to your door.

Need a notecard? All orders come with an individual, hand written letter. We’d be happy to include your special message as well via the prompt at checkout. Be sure to exclude emojis and spelling errors!

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time 7&Sun does not offer gift cards.

What payment methods do you accept?

There’s a few different ways you can pay for your order! Whichever method you select is charged at the time of checkout, including customization invoices, pre-order, backorders and regularly placed orders.

Please note: once an order has been placed, we are not able to change the payment method selected at checkout or currency.

  • Credit and Debit Card

If you have a 7&Sun account, your default billing information will appear upon checkout. Additionally, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order or use the autofill feature on your computer. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction could be declined by your bank. We do not accept prepaid credit cards or Visa and Mastercard gift cards at this time.

7&Sun reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.

I returned my order. When will I receive my refund?

From the day your return is accepted, it will take approximately 5-10 business days for your refund to post to your account for all payment methods. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation notice of both your return and refund amount. Should you have any questions regarding the receipt of your return and your refund, we’d be glad to help! Please reach out to us at info@sevenandsun.com and we will advise you within 24-48 hours. 

Can I combine discounts?

Unless otherwise stated, a limit of one (1) coupon may be applied to each order. At this time, 7&Sun cannot process multiple discounts within one transaction unless previously discounted. 7&Sun has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code or place multiple orders with 48 hours using the same code.

How do your brands runs?

All of our socks and accessories are one size unless otherwise noted. Our clothing brands run true to size, but occasionally veer to being a little oversized. We’d love to offer assistance in your selection of the perfect size either by email at info@sevenandsun.com or by setting up a personal shopping session via Zoom at this link.

Can I customize my jewelry? What if something needs to be resized?

Should your customization request be resizing, we offer free resizing on all jewelry products.  Shipping costs borne from resizing will not be covered by 7&Sun, however, as we do not charge for the addition of gems and gold as a courtesy to our loyal clients. Resizing takes 24-48 hours with tracking being available after the product reships. Please note 7&Sun only resizes our independent brand of jewelry and cannot accommodate requests not applicable to our brand. If your 7&Sun piece has been altered independent of our brand, please be sure to let us know so we can appropriately advise.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Every 7&Sun jewelry order includes a polishing clothing formulated to care for precious and semi-precious jewelry. We believe you should be able to live in your jewelry, but certain precautions should be taken to extend the life of your 7&Sun piece.

Sacred strands and strung necklaces should not be pulled on. Placing your jewelry under a heavy object could crack the gemstone, so avoid hard or rough areas when wearing and storing. We recommend avoiding direct contact with creams, perfumes, and other cosmetic products. We invite you to wear your gold fill pieces in the shower (and ocean) as it will not tarnish them, but as with any jewelry, weekly or monthly cleaning are recommended.

What do you recommend I use to clean my jewelry?

A touch of Dawn brand liquid soap absorbed into hot water with a touch of pure vinegar and a little backing powder. Stir the mixture and place your piece into the solution, letting it sit for 5-10 minutes. Remove and rinse under hot water. Let it dry, and check it out in the sun — get ready for high shine! Good as new…

For strung necklaces, we recommend using your 7&Sun polishing cloth in conjunction with a damp clothing, gently going over areas that need the most cleansing. While you can use the aforementioned recipe, we recommend this alternative primary. Strung jewelry should now be worn into bodies of water or the shower.

What if I need to replace a part of my jewelry?

Replacements for jewelry depend on whether the stone or part that needs replacing is available. Because many of our stones, beads, and materials are ever-changing, exact availability may not be possible. A close substitute will be used in these instances to retain the integrity of the piece. Please note, a small charge dependent on the repair claim and classification may be borne at the expense of the client. A detailed analysis of repair will be delivered to the client beforehand.
