Shipping & Returns

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail unless purchasers requests different courier services. Expected arrival time is approximately 1-3 days from dispatch date. 7&Sun is not responsible for lost, stollen or damaged packages.

International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail, with expected arrival 7-22 days from the ship date. Please note that international sales are considered final sale.

For international orders, a customs duty may be charged at the customer's expense depending on the country in which you reside. By law, we cannot change the value of an order on commercial invoices and must adhere to all international import and export laws.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us so we can assist you.

International and custom orders are final sale. All orders must be returned in original packaging and with tags where applicable. Returned items damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds and will be returned to the sender.

7&Sun is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Insurance is recommended.
